There's currently no way to automate this process in QuickBooks Online. We agree it would be a great feature to have, and recommend leaving feedback for this via the Cog > Feedback in your account.
In the meantime, you can narrow-down expired estimates from your customers page by setting the drop-downs to Type: Estimates, Status: Overdue, Date: All to batch select and delete. Or, if you'd prefer to keep the record on the account, select the drop-down in the action column beside each > update status.
