Is this an issue at Quickbooks?  both HSBC accounts on one Quickbooks account are affected

Hi hickling-woodsid The 9999 error relates to a script error caused by an update by the bank. The issue can be resolved by logging into your QuickBooks account using an incognito/private window on your browser > navigate to the banking section > select the drop-down menu to the right of 'link account' > manage connections > follow the prompts. If this procedure doesn't resolve the issue then the bank account will have to be fully disconnected and reconnected following the steps in the article provided: https://intuit.me/46zrmEa
