Stock Management

We sell some products that we do not stock, they are shipped directly from our supplier when we sell them.

 

We have entered these products into QB as 'non-stock' as we cannot track stock levels, however, when we sell one of these products, we would like some kind of automatic indication that they need to be purchased.

 

For 'stock' items this obviously happens with the low stock/out of stock warnings, how do we achieve similar with 'non-stock' items?

No there isn't any way to do this in Quickbooks, there may be some inventor management apps you could look at, but we couldn't say if they would do what you are needed to do.

Check your PM. You may explore those apps. Unfortunately none supports QB. Let me know which app do you prefer to explore and we may recommend a connector for QBO and the app.
