When setting up my tax profile do I add my payment on account amount to the tax for that year?

Hello there, nbmcas. 

 

When setting up your tax profile, you can add your projected amount for the year in the Estimated employment income field. QuickBooks will refer to the transactions you've categorized. Let's make sure that we also account it to your business related information. 

 

If you are referring to the the payments for yourself as self-employed that you consider as a business income, you can tag or categorize it as Business Income.
