The app says that I have e 1 connected bank account, but none of the transactions from that account sync with the app.

The app says that I have e 1 connected bank account, but none of the transactions from that account sync with the app.

Hi Steven, I want to make sure I’m looking in the right place. When you say "app," are you referring to the QuickBooks web app or the mobile app? This will help us identify how to address the issue effectively.

 

Also, could you provide the name of your bank provider? Some financial institutions may have ongoing maintenance that can cause the transactions not to sync. To verify, visit their website.

 

If everything looks good with your bank and if you’re using the mobile app, make sure your date range under Sort & filter is set to the most recent dates so it includes the transactions you’re expecting. Once done, go to the Transactions tab and tap Update bank transactions to refresh your bank feed manually.
