The automatic backups of my company are not working. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Could you clarify which part of the automatic backup process is experiencing issues? Did you see any error messages or prompts? If possible, sharing a screenshot would greatly help us understand the situation better.

 

In the meantime, if your backup is in progress, we recommend allowing up to 12 hours for completion. You can identify backups that are still in progress by the absence of a Finished at date/time stamp.

Additionally, you can easily duplicate your QuickBooks Online Advanced (QBOA) company into a new one by specifying the exact date and time you want to copy the data. This feature allows for precise data replication tailored to your needs.
