  2. Select iPhone Storage and find the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap on Offload App.

 

Following that, let's uninstall and reinstall the QBO mobile app. Reinstalling the app ensures you have the most recent version, which includes all the latest fixes and improvements. In the meantime, you can also use a web browser to access QBO and manage your financial tasks.
