We have found some changes to chrome have impacted some users sign ins.
If you can try the following
1 Check Chrome is up to date.Three dots in top right of Chrome)>help>about google chrome then install all updates
2.Go to the 3 dots>Settings>Advanced (at the bottom)>restore settings to their original defaults
3.If you still have the same issue try signing in to https://accounts.intuit.com/index.html
Then once signed in if you can then sign in to QuickBooks as you normally would
Let us know once you have tried if you are able to sign in
