Thank you for making us aware of the issue with the Barclays connection. Can we ask with it happening on browser and app is this on a device and does the same thing happen upon connecting through a pc? Can we also ask you to try on a 4g connection if you are using broadband with pop up blockers disabled in case this is causing the issue?
If the error still populates let us know and we'll escalate this further
