Trying to do a delivery note from the app but theres no option to do it. Even in the web form i dont have an option in batch and print delivery?

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community page. I can share with you some information on how to print delivery notes in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

At this time, you can print delivery notes from the customer's transactions list by logging in to QuickBooks using a web-browser. You have this option for all versions of QBO (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus).

I can guide you on how:

1. Click on Sales at the left pane, then select Customers.
2. Select the customer's name from the result.
3. Go to the Transaction List section, then select the transactions you want.
4. Tap on the drop-down arrow under Batch actions, then select Print delivery note.

If you don't have this option, I recommend replicating the steps using a private window. Sometimes the original browser tends to hold onto information that causes unusual behaviour while working with QuickBooks.
 

To save you time, I recommend using either of these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If that works, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh.
