We can review the transactions and perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if it's a glitch, Polyakov.

Before we troubleshoot it further, could you clarify how you track the split payment?

You can review the customer's list to check if the payment is still applied to the invoice. Here's how you do it:

  1. Go to Customers and goals.
  2. Choose Customers and select your client's name.
  3. Verify the status of the invoice transaction.

If the payment is unlinked or deleted, you can record it again to settle the balance. Otherwise, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to sort it out.

First, you need to clear your main browser's cache to remove outdated data that causes the system to malfunction. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to get around with this. Then, check the entries.
