Upload attachment failed - please try again later. Been happening for weeks now. How can this be resolved?

Thanks for letting us know about this issue you're experiencing when uploading attachments, @aynsley.evoli.

May I ask if you add the attachments to invoices using the iOS app? I checked our records, and I can see that we have an open investigation (INV-63534) about customers unable to attach documents using the iOS app.

This means that our engineers are already aware of this incident and are currently working to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the progress and will be in touch as soon as a further update is received. 

In the meantime, please log in to the account through the browser to add the attachments as a workaround.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using a browser.
2. From the left side of the screen select Sales and then Invoices.
3. Choose the invoice in question from the list.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and attach the file using the Attachments section.
   
   
5. Once done, click Save and Close.

I would also recommend reaching out to chat or phone support teams. They will be asking for your account details to add you to the list of affected users. In addition to that, they can also further investigate and help you manually upload your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
