We recently cancelled some of our subscriptions. However I had to resubscribed/reinstate these entities today, as soon as I resubscribed it deleted the previous info

When a QBO subscription is canceled, your data remains accessible in a read-only format for one year from the cancellation date. If you choose to resubscribe within this one-year window, you are able to access all your previously recorded data. However, if you resubscribe after one year, your previous data will typically be lost and no longer available. This could explain why you noticed some data may be missing when resubscribing beyond the retention period.

  1. Go to the (?) Help button at the top right corner.
  2. Select the Search tab and tap Contact Us.
