Having the same problem here, using Quickbooks Pro.
Tried 3 different browsers, and 2 different laptops and the same error occurs on all of them. Can't close the window and it doesn't matter which button you press, nothing happens!
Spoken to my accountant who found out I need to switch to the 'old layout', but as she says I cannot select the button as the other message is in the way.
She is going to try calling Quickbooks on Thursday when next in the office to query it, hopefully they will have fixed the glitch by then.

Also, I'd like to ask about the pop-up that appears when creating an invoice. Are you referring to accepting credit card payments? If it's your first time entering an invoice, prompts about accepting credit card payments from customers will appear on the invoice page. Once you've set it up, it'll no longer appear on your invoice screen.
