Hi there, Becca. You’re correct, edits made in the left-hand box don't update the right-hand preview in real time. However, those changes will be applied once the email is sent.
If you prefer a live preview while you work, make those edits in Custom Form Styles instead. Just go to the 'Email' tab and update the 'Message to customer' section.

This method applies your edits directly to the template, ensuring your message is saved and visible across all future invoices.
