To begin, clear the app's data to resolve any common issues while working in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll help and walk you through the steps:
- Go to the Menu ☰ and select Help & Feedback.
- Click Refresh Data and then you'll see the following message: Caution. "If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
- Press the Refresh button to confirm the action.
Next, create an estimate and select the tax rate, or add the product or services. If the issue persists, open QuickBooks in a browser and add the entry from there.
