To review your GoCardless settings, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the All apps and select Integration transactions.
- Search for GoCardless for QuickBooks.
- Check if it shows as Connected.
If it is currently disconnected, you can reconnect it by following these steps:
- Click the +Create menu and then select the Invoice tab.
- Choose Set up Direct Debit with GoCardless.
- Click the Connect and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once GoCardless is connected to QuickBooks, select Let’s go.
Once reconnected, the Direct Debit option should be back on your invoices.
