Hi there, Ken. DEXT delivery dockets and invoices not showing in your accounts could be due to mapping issues, unapplied invoices, or sync errors. Make sure your DEXT integration is active and imports are working.
First, review your income accounts, by going to All apps > Accounting > Chart of Accounts. Next, go to Sales and Get Paid > Products and Services. Open each item, and if needed, edit each item and assign the correct Income Account. This ensures your invoices post to the right accounts.
If you still don’t see your invoices, contact DEXT support for more help. They can check if there’s a problem with your integration or if something needs to be fixed on their end.
