The integration between Setmore and QuickBooks depends on the version of QuickBooks you're using.
You might be using QuickBooks Self-Employed or QuickBooks Sole Trader. It's why you're seeing that error message. Please note that these versions are currently unsupported for connection with Setmore.
You may want to consider upgrading to QuickBooks Online to link your Setmore account within the app's interface.
