For several days, I have been unable to see previews of my invoices on the app. This has resulted in my not being able to send invoices.

In the meantime, when using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the website and experiencing issues in your app while trying to preview or print invoices, browser troubleshooting may help resolve problems such as not previewing your invoices and ensuring that you are viewing the most up-to-date data. To begin, try accessing the site in an incognito or private browser session using the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

Once you have completed the previous steps, attempt to preview or print your invoices to check if they function correctly. If so, return to your default browser and clear the cache to eliminate any cookies that can be act on the performance of web pages. Consider using other QuickBooks supported browsers for optimal results.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

  4. Click the Contact Us tab below.
  5. Select either:
    • Chat if you prefer messaging.
    • Call us if you prefer for us to call you.
