Why is my latest transaction the 13th of June

Are you referring to your downloaded bank transactions? If so, it's important to update the bank connection to obtain the latest transactions, Courtney.

Can you tell me the name of your financial institution? Knowing this will help ensure we provide an accurate resolution.

If you have connected your bank account to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) via Open Banking, updating your bank connection is a requirement for the Open Banking standard, which ensures secure banking practices. As a result, you will need to reconfirm your consent every 90 days to download your latest bank transactions:

  1. On the left navigation panel, go to Transactions.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to Add transaction.
  3. Select Manage accounts.
  4. Locate the name of the bank you need to re-authenticate, then click Authenticate account.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the re-authentication process.

For detailed information about reconfirming your consent for bank feeds, please refer to this article: How to re-consent your bank feed connection in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If the issue persists, I recommend checking your bank’s website for system maintenance. You may also contact their technical support team for assistance.

Meanwhile, we can manually import your bank transactions using a CSV file to keep them up to date.

Once your transactions have been successfully downloaded, you can review and approve how QuickBooks categorises them.
