Hi, Abdulhusein. A mismatch between the Bank Feed balance and your bank statement indicates a syncing issue.
To help me narrow this down, do you see a specific error code or a red exclamation mark on the bank tile?
In the meantime, here are a few things to keep in mind. QuickBooks is just a receiving party and only downloads transactions once they are officially posted. If your bank website includes "Pending" charges in its balance, the two numbers won't match until those transactions are cleared by your bank. Most feeds update every 24 hours, but they can occasionally pause.
If that happens, you need to run a manual update to refresh your bank connection and pull the latest transactions:
- Navigate to the Transactions menu.
- Select Bank transactions.

- Tick the bank tile and click the Update button in the top right corner.
If that doesn't do the trick, log in to your actual bank's website to ensure there are no security alerts, maintenance, or notifications requiring action. Sometimes, a simple New Terms of Service pop-up or a security alert on their end can block the platform from downloading your bank data.
As a workaround, you can always export your transactions as a CSV file from your bank and upload them manually into QuickBooks.
I appreciate how disconcerting it can be when figures do not reconcile. Please indicate whether the manual update resolved the issue, or supply any error codes displayed. I will review them to determine the appropriate fix.
