When did you link it and what is the date range of the transactions that the connection brought through?

Hi,
We have had Amex linked to our QBO for a couple of months. It seems to work well on the banking transaction page - it shows the outstanding balance and transactions, just like our two bank feeds.
However, on the Planner page it just shows the two bank feeds and not Amex. So when planner displays the avaialable cash it does not take the Amex balance into acount.
