Why isnt my Amex linked account showing in QBO cashflow planner?
Our Amex account is linked and shows in the banking transactions page, but does not show as a linked account in Cashflow planner. How can I bring this through?

We have had Amex linked to our QBO for a couple of months. It seems to work well on the banking transaction page - it shows the outstanding balance and transactions, just like our two bank feeds.
However, on the Planner page it just shows the two bank feeds and not Amex. So when planner displays the avaialable cash it does not take the Amex balance into acount.
