Will cancelling my subscription mean I will loose access to all of my recipts uploads that I’ve done while paying my current subscription?

Welcome to the Community, Kiarna. If you cancel, we’ll keep your data in read-only form for one year so you have time to export it or re‑activate your account.

For a QuickBooks Solopreneur or Sole Trader subscription, you can download all those uploaded receipts from last year directly from the Receipts page. All you have to do is filter for the dates you need and click the download icon located just below the New receipt option.
