Hi there, @Tealady. When you upgrade from QuickBooks Self-Employed to Sole Trader Plus, most of your data transfers automatically, including customers, trips, products/services, bank connections, and recent transactions.
However, certain information, such as invoices, third-party app connections, and supplier details, must be transferred manually.
For the data doesn't automatically migrate, it's important to download or back up your old records from QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can then manually import them into Sole Trader Plus to keep your records accurate.
