Beforehand, I'd like to ask for the name of your financial institution so I can check for any related issues. Alternatively, log in to your bank's website to see if there's a temporary outage, maintenance, or an ongoing known issue. Otherwise, check the other tabs on your Banking page to ensure nothing has been placed somewhere unexpected.
Also, please know that QuickBooks doesn’t download pending transactions. It only downloads posted transactions from your bank. In the meantime, we can manually update the feed to grab the latest activity from your bank.
Here's how:
- Go to My Apps and select Bank transactions.
- From the Banking page, click Update.
- Once updated, check the For review tab to see if the missing transaction appears.
