Hello there, @meandyoutooltd!

You can manually download and upload all your bank transactions. I'm here to share a few insights and help you from there.

First off, the two months worth of your bank transactions is only for one download and upload process. Thus, you'll have to manually select the date range of your transactions. Then, download and upload them to QuickBooks until you reach to 20 months worth of your bank transactions.

Nevertheless, here's the list of supported file types you can choose when downloading your transactions from your bank's website:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • Microsoft Money (OFX)

Once you have downloaded your transactions, you can follow the steps below so you can upload them to QuickBooks:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Under Update, select File upload.
  3. Click Browse.
  4. Find the saved file of your downloaded transactions.
  5. Select Upload.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about manually downloading and uploading your bank transactions: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Please know that you may encounter duplicate transactions after reviewing them once your bank's connection is back and working again. With this, I'll be including an article that can help you handle this in the future: How to Exclude Expenses from Downloaded Bank Transactions?

It'll be always my pleasure to help if you have any other concerns. I'll be keeping an eye for your response and ready to help.
