Sending payslip notifications can be done with a single click once you’ve finalised your pay run.

Sending payslip notifications is a really simple process. Once your pay run is finalised, you can select Publish Payslips button in the pay run actions bar andyour employees will be sent a notification letting them know that their pay has been processed.
What sort of payslip notifications can I send?
You can send notifications by email.
When are payslip notifications sent?
Payslip notifications are only sent when Send Notifications is selected. This allows you to control exactly when your employees are notified.
Which email address is associated with the payslip email?
The email address used in the Payslip settings (under Payroll Settings) is the email used for outgoing payslip emails.
All other outgoing emails are sent from the email address set up in the Contact Email Address under Payroll Settings > Details.
What if I need to print off payslips manually?
If you have employees that prefer to have their payslips handed to them manually, you can generate them by selecting Payslips in the pay run actions bar.
You will then be able to choose to view All Payslips or Manual Notifications. The second option lets you view payslips only for employees that do not receive email notifications
The Locations option lets you filter payslips by employee location.
Once you’ve selected manual notifications, select View Payslips and you will be able to print payslips for employees that require one.
The Download Payslips button will produce a PDF version.
