Welcome to the Community, @Steph 101. I've got your back, and I'll ensure you can run the report you need for your business here in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As I check here on my end, the report you're trying to access here in QBO is currently unavailable. You can consider pulling up the Invoices and Received Payments report to determine how long it takes for your customers to pay their invoices in QuickBooks Online. From there, review the invoices you've made and their payment dates. Also, you'll need to customise the data to view their due and payment dates. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:
1. On the left panel, click on Reports.
2. In the search box, type Invoices and Received Payments, and hit enter.
3. Select the date range you prefer.
4. On the upper right corner, click on Customise.
5. Click on Rows/Columns, and click on Change Column.
6. Tick the boxes for Invoice Date, Due Date, Terms, A/R Paid.
7. Click on Run report.

Once done, you'll then export this report to Microsoft Excel to be able to manually calculate the days it takes for your customers to pay their invoices in QBO.
Another option is to look for a third-party reporting application that would create this report for you. You can visit this page to check for third-party apps that can help you with your business: QuickBooks Online App Store.
In addition, I've got you this article in case you'd like to customise your sales forms to match your business in QBO: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

@Steph 101, Know that you can always get back to me anytime if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be more than happy to help you out again. Take care, and have a good one!
