Good Day,
I'm trying to add a new account to my chart of accounts, the problem is in the account type drop-down list, There is no Current Asset / Current Liability.
There are only, other current assets & other current liabilities.. how to fix that?
That's strange @Batool1
This is not much help but, I have two accounts, and they both show the same options but completely different to yours...
Hi Batool1, thanks for your post - do you see the same options when logging in via a private browsing/incognito window? You can access this by pressing Ctrl-Shift-N at once within Google Chrome or MS edge. :)
Hi Georgia,
Thank you for your reply.
I have tried, but same issue, I still can't find Current assets & current liabilities in my account type list.
Is there any other way to fix this??
Thanks for updating us on this, Batool1. I know it can be challenging when you can't find the Current Assets and Current Liabilities in your Account Type list. Let me ensure this gets investigated.
