Can I generate reports from suppliers and customers to show which transactions have been allocated to projects?

Hello there, jbdev64.

Yes, you can generate the Transaction List Reports for suppliers and customers to show which transactions have been allocated to projects. However, you’ll have to open each entry to see if it’s assigned to a project.

To save more time, let’s run the Project Profitability to get an itemized view of your project accounts and transactions. The steps are quick and easy to follow.

  1. Go to the Projects tab on the left panel to view the list of projects or customers.
  2. From there, click each customer to see more details.
  3. Click the Project Reports menu and select Project Profitability to see more details.
  4. Hit the total amount for each account to take you to the Transaction Report.
  5. On the report page, you’ll see the complete details of the transaction.
  6. Follow the same process to all customers’ you’re working on.

For additional information, let me share the Track income, costs, and profitability by project guide. It provides an overview of how to keep the Project feature running smoothly.

Stay in touch if you have any other concerns or questions. I’ll jump right back in to answer them for you. Have a great rest of the day.
