Thank you for choosing QuickBooks Desktop as your accounting tools. Yes, you can manually enter the transactions into your account ledger. Let me show you how to do it:
- Go to Accountant menu, then choose Chart of Account.
- Select the Account.
- Under Account, drop-down arrow and select the specific account and its payment amount.
