Can I send a remittance advice for expenses?

Hi, 

I know how to send remittances for bill payments, single or in batches.

 

Was wondering if it's possible to send a remittance advice for expenses and how?

In QuickBooks Online, we can only send remittance advice for bill payments. Glad to know that you already knew the process of sending the remittance.

 

We can look for a third-party application in the QuickBooks App Store that helps you send remittance advice for expenses. Then, integrate it with the program. Also, you can visit our blog website to keep you up-to-date with the latest features and product enhancements.

Can I send a remittance advice for expenses?

i had tried that before but the 'send remittance' option is unclickable if you select Expenses. 

If i select bill payments as you kindly explain, the expenses do now show (only bill payments).

 

I basically create an expense and the payment is automatically created/applied to the expense.
