Can you please confirm what reports I need to download from Self-employed before I move to the new plus version? Thank you!

Hello there, Delf007. I understand how important it is for you to have a complete backup of your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) data before moving to a new QuickBooks version. You can download your Profit and Loss, Tax details, and Tax Summary report to ensure accurate tax filing and to maintain a record of your transactions.

To download those reports, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Reports tab in the left menu.
2. Click on the dropdown menu next to the report you wish to download.
3. Select Download to create a backup of your report.
4. Once downloaded, save it to your computer or hard drive.

Additionally, you can also download your Mileage log and Receipts for reference related to your business trips. Keeping these records is beneficial for documentation purposes.
