COGS are not showing on Profit/loss report for December?

We use a third party stock control system called CIN7. COGS feeds through to QBO as a journal and it has done so correctly. However when I look at our profit/loss report for December the cost of sales is not there. It is there for every other month. Any ideas what would prevent it from being there?

I'll make sure you'll be able to view your COGS in your December Profit and Loss reports. 

 

To start with, you'll want to ensure you modify the report correctly by ensuring to select either the Cash and Accrual accounting method. 

 

If this is not the case, I recommend contacting the CIN7 support team to verify any updates on their end. There's a great chance there having a system update that causes some data to be inaccessible on your end.
