Trading in Euro is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed. The multi-currency feature is only available in the regular version of QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You should switch to QBO Essentials or Plus to enable the multi currency feature.
Another option, open a Wise business account as a workaround to deal with it. Run the bank feeds after you converted your EUR balance to GBP account.
