Get bank statements

Getting your bank statements is indeed possible, and we're excited to guide you through the steps, grisa21.

You can download your bank statement through your bank's website. I'll guide you on how:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
  3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

However, if you're referring to getting the transactions from the Banking page, you have the option to export this to Excel. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Banking tab, and click Banking.
2. Besides the Gear icon, click Export to Excel.

Then, the system will automatically download the file. You can refer to this link to export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Also, we can visit the links below to get more details about organizing or keeping your bank accounts accurate from time to time:

Please let me know if you have more concerns about handling bank data within QuickBooks. Take care and stay safe.
