How do I locate an excel sheet that I uploaded to QB using Input Data option

It uploaded successfully but it doesn't appear to be anywhere!

How do I locate an excel sheet that I uploaded to QB using Input Data option

Hi frederica

 

The Excel spreadsheet is not uploaded to QuickBooks it is the information within it. What did the excel spreadsheet relate to?
