I do not seem to have an accounts payable option in the reports menu

Thanks for your post and welcome to the QuickBooks Online Community.
When signed in on a browser, account payable lists and transactions should be included under the Expenses tab. Which version of QuickBooks are you using?
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
