Are the ending date and balance correct? You can edit this on the Reconcile page, if you are reconciling a large period, try changing the ending date so that you are reconciling smaller periods to highlight where the discrepancy occurs.
Also check that you don't have any filters on so that you are viewing all transactions for the period - click on the filter icon at the top of the reconcile screen and click Eeset to default this to the statement ending date. See our guide to troubleshooting when an opening balance is correct if you are unable to fix the discrepancy following this :)
Thank you for the reply. I should have given you more details. Yes I've checked end balance and date. Also checked filters and I can't find anything wrong. I'll read through the guide in the link and see if there's anything in that I haven't done.

I looks like there is a difference in your reconciliation. I can help you hunt down the transactions that might have caused this issue.
You can review the History by account report. This lets you see if there are any adjustments. I'll show you how:
From there, make sure to review if there are any changes or adjustments. Then, update if needed.
