I notice when I record a transfer between accounts the transaction appears twice in balance sheet therefore recording double the income so QB balance not bank balance
Obviously this is a big problem for reconciling. What am I doing wrong!? Currently importing transactions from bank account, when I go to categorise the transfer, I do so as a 'transfer' from our savings account. The transaction only shows up once in banking but when I look at the balance sheet it is there twice.

So on the transfer you need to create the transfer from the + new for the amount then the accounts its affecting when the date comes in from the bank it should show as a match for you.
