There should be a warning before any chat is shut down and that is usually only down when the chat is resolved or inactive. Upon checking on the account, normally the other business income set up on your tax profile won't show up on the profit and loss but instead will show on your taxes. It will add up to your net profit so basically, your net profit is around 6000 pounds then if you will add your other business income it will exceed the personal allowance. In other words, the other income that you have declared is just for tracking purposes, to know your current tax rate.
