Welcome to the Community space, @medicolegal. A well-formatted expenses ledger with suitably sized columns improves clarity. Let's customize your view by reducing visible columns to see full expense details.
Currently, adjusting the width of any columns in the expenses ledger is unavailable. With that, you may want to focus on displaying only the most essential one for your needs. This step will allow more space for each remaining column, specifically the CATEGORY column.
Once done, you should see the full details of your expense items while maintaining the most relevant information for your work.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Go to the Expenses tab and click the Gear icon.
- Uncheck the columns that are less essential to your current task.
