There are two possible reasons why your bank is not syncing with QuickBooks.

Let's begin by manually updating your bank account. This will refresh your bank connection with QuickBooks and will download your latest transactions. Go to the Banking menu, then select the Update button.
Next is to check your notifications from your bank's website. From there, review your account page for messages or alerts. If you updated anything on your bank’s website, like your account number, username, or password, you need to update QuickBooks as well.

I have done that on all 3 accounts and it looks like its updated except that no transactions load into my account.
There are two possible reasons you have kindly suggested why the banking is not syncing don't seem to be correct as the bank is surely not performing maintenance for over one month. I've have also checked with the banks and there are no notifications.
Is there anything else I can do as I really need a solution.
Also will I be refunded for the time when the accounts have not been working? It's put me a month behind for the accounts of all 3 businesses.

You're on the right track in consulting your banks and verifying with them that there are no notifications that need your attention. However, QBO relies on how the bank communicates with our system. Some may take a little longer depending on your bank. That's why it can take for over a month before the transactions are displayed in the program.
Based on your screenshot, it seems the connection of your 3 accounts is already completed. However, if this happens moving forward, I'd suggest manually updating them. This refreshes the bank connection within the program. Just go to the Banking menu and choose Update.
For your second concern, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. You can discuss with them your refund request for the timeline when the three accounts have not been working in the software. I'll guide you how.
