Unfortunately, we're unable to support issues with third-party app integrations. Please see the app developer directly for advice if it is not functioning correctly.
We'd only expect the income account related to your sales product or service to show on the P&L report. You can double-check if the account is duplicated in your chart of accounts by going to the Cog > Chart of accounts > Enter the code/name in the search bar.
Additionally, you can check the transactions are posting to the expected accounts by opening a transaction (e.g. invoice) and selecting More > Transaction journal.
