Yes, have tried all those steps - using different browsers, re-creating the accounts/transactions (even watching different instructional videos) - but the same issue continues to exist.
Had a chat with Customer Service a couple of days back - they tried it at their end and were also seeing the same outcome ($0.00 bal.) on their system.
