If I set Financial Year to September, I am only offered Tax Year of January or September. How do I set FY to September but TY to April?

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

 

The tax year option showing under the settings menu is irrelevant - this pulls from whatever you have set up under Taxes regardless of what you have entered. Leave the tax year option as whatever is selected, then go to Taxes and set up the first month of your current period there.
