Since the last iOS update it is no longer to change the dates on the custom profit and loss reports. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, but still have the problem?

Since the last iOS update it is no longer to change the dates on the custom profit and loss reports. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, but still have the problem?

I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps that you've performed just to get this working.

 

Currently, we're having an investigation about being unable to change the date range on custom P&L reports. Rest assured, our software engineers are doing their best to get this rectified as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, we recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account and running your reports through a web browser. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  3. Go to the Custom reports tab, then open your custom Profit and Loss report.
  4. Set the desired reporting date.
  5. Click the Run report button.

While we're working on this issue, you'll want to give us a quick chat. This way, we'll be able to add your contact information to our notification list. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top right.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar, then select Live chat.
  4. Click Live chat again.
  5. Enter "QBO mobile app unable to change the date range on custom P&L report." in the description box, then click Let's talk.
  6. Select Start a chat.
