Let's start using the Audit log feature to track the activities in your account. This is to check if the contacts, invoices, and estimates have been deleted or not. Also, it helps to check who made the changes, and when it happened.
If they're all still recorded in your QuickBooks account, we can perform the basic troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue.
