Hi enchantedresinlt
You could set up Tide and Starling up in the chart of accounts, download your bank statements, in an Excel/CSV format, on the banking page within QuickBooks select Upload transactions, then select the file to upload and connect it to the account you have set up in your chart of accounts. This account will then appear on your banking page and will give you the same functionality as if your account was connected, you will however have to follow the above instructions for any new transactions, do not re-import any transactions that you have already added to QuickBooks.
Hi enchantedresinit
Are you receiving any type of error messages or error codes when you are attempting to connect you bank accounts to QuickBooks?
None of my accounts are supported (Tide, Starling)
